Who We Are 2018-06-17T13:07:43+00:00

EJC Wedbsites understands what it means to be self employedUNDERSTANDING WHAT IT IS TO BE A SMALL BUSINESS

It is a modern phenomenon that more and more of us are deciding to go it alone and set up our own businesses… that’s what we did! The internet provides the opportunity for all businesses to have credibility and access to the global market in a way that no other form of advertising can do.   If you get it right, your website will be the best tool you have for promoting your business and it will essentially become your online shop-window.

We can work with you to get it right first time.

WE HAVE WORKED WITH BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT THE AREA AND WE CAN PROVIDE THE “LOCAL” FEEL TO OUR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP

As a small, local business ourselves, we are passionate about working with companies in a friendly way that develops a close working relationship, one in which we can discuss and maximize our feel for the local market in your chosen field. So let’s have a conversation over a coffee as to what your vision is for your business and discuss how we can tell the world about it!

OUR COMMITMENT TO TRULY LISTEN TO OUR CLIENTS ENSURES WE DELIVER THEIR VISION, EVEN IF THEY DON’T YET KNOW WHAT THAT IS!

You are good at what you do and you have decided to take the plunge and work for yourself, but how do you tell people what you are all about? How do you market yourself let alone produce a website – we can get to know you, learn what you do, understand how you like people to see your business and appreciate your target customers. All these elements enable us to build a website that accurately reflects your business and brings customers to your door.

Liz Carpenter of EJC Websites

Liz Carpenter, Founder/Website Builder of EJC Websites.

Having worked for seventeen years within the IT industry, I have achieved knowledge and experience within a number of roles including marketing, sales and consultancy. All have been extremely useful both in developing and running my own business and working with my clients while they develop theirs. I see our business relationship as a partnership and I believe that a trusted relationship makes it both enjoyable and more fruitful.

Over the last ten years I have seen the website industry change a great deal, with emphasis being placed on the ability for customers to find the website as well as the quality of the look, feel and content of the website itself. With integrated calendars,  booking systems, eCommerce capabilities to name but a few of the fantastic features that can be added to websites, many of my clients are seeing that their sites are actually part of the day-to-day running of the business, not just a shop front for it.

I just love exploring what clients would like to achieve from having their own website!

“Despite being one of the oldest masonic lodges in the Country we did not have a website and I felt it was important that we should arrange to have one built. Liz patiently worked with me in understanding what we do, what information we wanted to put on the new website as well as the guidelines and regulations that determine the way in which masonic websites are built. In particular I wanted a site that reflected our heritage and was welcoming to any visitors. I was delighted with the overall look and feel of the website that EJCWebsites built for us and the way that she linked it with the new Facebook page that she created for us too. I also learned a great deal by going through this process and I am looking forward to being able to update both the Facebook page and website in due course.
